What types of electronics do you accept?
We accept virtually all electronic devices including computers, servers, networking equipment, mobile devices, printers, monitors, batteries, UPS systems, cables, and peripherals. If it plugs in or runs on a battery, we can recycle it.
How do you ensure data is completely destroyed?
We offer multiple levels of data destruction: software-based wiping to NIST 800-88 standards, degaussing for magnetic media, and physical shredding that reduces drives to 2mm particles. Every destruction is documented with a certificate.
Do you provide on-site services?
Yes! Our mobile shredding truck can come to your location for on-site hard drive destruction. We also offer on-site decommissioning, asset inventory, and secure packing services.
What happens to the recycled materials?
Materials are separated into commodities (metals, plastics, glass, circuit boards) at our processing facility. These are sent to certified downstream partners who refine them back into raw materials for manufacturing. Nothing goes to landfill.
How quickly can you schedule a pickup?
Most pickups can be scheduled within 48-72 hours. For urgent needs, we offer next-day and same-day service in select areas. Enterprise clients have access to 24/7 emergency response.
